I use tata docomo internet pack when i m using my internet pack company did not inform me by message. (Like your pack is ended) then when i talk with customer care they did not give proper response and Disconnect my call. please solve my problem. ASAP Contact no. We tried to speak to you personally on your numbers to understand your concerns regarding balance deduction. However, we are unable to contact you, since the call was not answered. Please be informed that the amount has been deducted for internet browsing. Further we would like to inform you that we have refunded the amount of Rs. 100 vide docket number ABAL[protected].
