[Resolved]  Tata Docomo — Balance deduction

4 days back i have recharged my docomo no. with 149 1gb 2g data pack. and yesterday i recharged it with 24 3g data pack. after that i lost my 2g data balance. customer care is telling me that if i recharge 3g over 2g then your 2g data will be lost. i told that in past it never happened like this. i asked him to return my balance but he is refusing to return it. instead he is telling me that its your fault, you should have asked us before recharging. it is the reply of senior department of customer care of docomo.

i think docomo has started to cheat customers. i have recharged like this many times in past but never lost my previous balance. now i will never use docomo. its like you are providing Rs10 offer till 6 months and in 7th month you take back double of it.

i think its my mistake . its not the first time my balance has been deducted. i just noticed it for the first time.

As per the conversation with our team, we regret the inconvenience caused to you. In this regard, we would like to inform you that as per our records the recharge of RC 149 on[protected] at 12:00AM was successfully active on your number and credited with the benefits of 1GB 2G data for 28 days. However, it has been lapsed by RC 24 done on[protected] at 11:16PM 3G data. Kindly note that 2G recharge with 2G pack existing data pool balance will get accumulate and in case of 3G pack recharge existing 2G pack benefits will get lapsed. Further, for 3G recharge with 3g pack will get accumulate and 2G pack recharge will get lapsed. Also, we would like to inform you that a complaint has been registered vide docket number PBR12382735 regarding balance depletion concern, the same will be resolved soon. Kindly bear with us in the interim.
