[Resolved]  Tata Docomo — Balance Deduction

Respected Concern, I am Madhusudhan pulimi. My Tata Docomo mobile number is +91-[protected]. I am using Tata Docomo Prepay service since more than 3 months. Since last few days a service called " WWESUB " is automatically been activated on my mobile phone and Rs. 5 are being charged per day. Since I noticed this I contacted customer care through Online Chat Session from Tata Docomo website and they returned me Rs. 5 back and also deactivated the service WWESUB. Its very very irritating for me. I don't want my Rs. 5 since I think Tata Docomo is in great need of those 5 rupees but don't want that irritating service " WWESUB ". I wan't permanent deactivation of the service and my balance deductions. I am afraid of Tata Docomo and totally dissatisfied with the service offered and if this issue is not solved permanently then I would prefer to port out of Tata Docomo. Note: We are educated guys so, we are able to get money back. just think about illitarate guys. How can they get money back?

My balance was 331 Rs, with 800 MB of 3G data remaining. I downloaded some videos of 250 MB and disconnected . It showed 550 MB remaining 3G data. Then I realised that I forgot to check my mail. I turned on Mobile data, and I started checking mails, suddenly i got a message on my phone. "YOUR ACCOUNT DOES NOT HAVE SUFFICIENT FUNDS TO MAKE THIS CALL". I turned off mobile data. I checked the balance, it was 0.03 Rs.

First of all I don't know where the hell all the 550MB remaining 3G data disappeared.
Secondly how my balance came down to null.

I mean, Tata Docomo people should have an answer for this. This is not the first time I have used this 3G pack. Last 2 yrs I am using same pack every month. Same thing happened several times before, but that time i did not have much balance in my account.

This time its heights. I don't know what these guys get by cheating the customers.

on dated 18/4/2014 at 9:00 o'clock ...my balance was 541 & had 3g service that contain 441 MB ... i was use my internet & in 3 minutes my balance is 0.
i was not download anything then how my 441 mb completed & as well as 541 rs...it's because TATA DOCOMO company cheat peoples...give me my 541 rs...& do justice with me...

i was also contact customer care .he was not helped me.He only told me call on 198 after 3 hours..docomo service is very reckless in this case...whan i dial it..198 no is not exist..solve my issue as soon as possible...

10 April i activate internet plan of Rs 8 on my tata docomo number after activation of internet pack my balance was Rs 203 & data remaining is 50 MB. After some browsing i disconnect my mobile data & check internet data availiable it was 23MB then after browsing some more internet my internet balance remaining was 15MB but as i check my balance, my balance was no longer Rs 203 it was just Rs 103 then i contacted customer care, they told me that my balance is deducted because my internet data has been finished, then i ask them my internet data availiable is still 15MB . Then customer care executive say that we can't do anything your mobile internet data has been finished that's why your balance was deducted. But at that time my internet balance was still 15MB. I don't what the hell tata docomo company is doing. There service is worst

I was using internet and i get a service message that my data usage balance is 3.08MB, so I activated a booster pack for 21 days @rs 89 now my main account balance is rs 34.48 from rs 189, when I called the customer care they asked me to check the balance as it was rs 103 so I hung up and checked my balance it was still the same rs34.48, now my call is not getting connected neither to the queries number nor to the complaints only.
And this is not the first time i'm facing this problem. Every time there is problem and if called the customer care the executive puts us on hold like forever until we hang up and next our calls are blocked.

On 1st may 2014 about 00:05AM my balance was about 266 Rs. after 2 or 3 min abt 00:8AM I have recharged my account for 11 RS. 3G net which gives 30mins. unlimited surfing + downloading, i have got confirmation msg for recharge successful. after that i have checked my internet balance by dialing *111*1# it replies 1800 sec, tht time my account balance was about 354 Rs. but when i have start my internet, suddenly my balance was exhausted. to Rs. 0.08. when i have checked my internet balance it was as it is i.e 1800 sec, i have called customer care on 198 he has told me that your balance will be refleted back in account within 48hrs, but i m very sorry to say that i havn't got ant balance from tatadocomo. he has provided me a call id no. [protected] and he told me his name. as SHIV SHANKAR a Senior officer.
so my request from u plz solve my problem as soon as possible.

I recharged my phone with a 251 rs. pack in which there is 175 talktime and 1gb 3g internet. After a tym about 120+ balance was deducted from my phone. I asked the customer care service that about this and they were telling me that this happened due to my net browsing, so the balance will not be refundable. Then i checked my gprs bal in which it showed me 5mb balance remaining. How they can deduct my balance if still have 5mb of balance in my account. Im very sick of this carrier. If they dont refund me this time then probably im gonna take a big step.

Have called up the cust serv at tata docomo for my bal deduction as on 31/7/2014 of rs 50.00. Then later even the next day as on 1/8/2014 i did a bal of 125.00 Rs (transaction ID [protected] ) this bal was done at 6:54 pm and have checked the bal and the total bal available was 130.31 Rs and jus after a some time there was bal deduction of 113.89 Rs .

please note have already done a net pack and have never done any browsing of GPRS.

For the same have checked the data deduction for the same and have received the msg stating the
last 5 msg date 1/8/2014 time 6:57 pm usage 2082KB Rs 20.9

for the explaination of the deduction have called up again at cust service and spoken to Mr. Moreshwar with the cal ID no [protected]
The said supervisor did not write my complaint and was very rude and arrogant, also the said executive hav fail to resolve my issue, rather they hung up call twice . i have complaint against the supervisor Mr Moreshwar and the executive at the call
No help was given by them instead the supervisor refused to logged my complaint
I have a T24 Sim registered by Amit Roy's name. I have recharged with Rs 30 half an hr back & my ac got credited with Rs 23. Just few mins back my whole balance got deducted & my current account balance is 0. This is really something ridiculous. I love T24 service but this kind of inconvenience are hard to deal with! Yesterday I had rs 130 balance but today its showing only 85 rs.Please help me out.ph no is [protected]
Company charges unnecessary balance deduction from my mobile.
They give me excuse, low data balance in you account. And they deduct 178rs .
firstly they don't inform about their rules and sudden they charged worthily
