Tata Docomo — balance deduction of about 30rs for unused internet

It is a fraud company . it deducts balance from account for any reason and when I contact the customer care then they says sir the charges deducted are right and we can not refund your balance. This company should go to hell and they are doing very wrong with the customers, if they don't refund me the balance then I will promote their name very badly in social medias and every where . I am very frustrated with their bloody services. I will wait for 24 hours other wise they will see the result.
