Tata Docomo — Balance deduction unnecessary

Since when I have brought the new sim of docomo, daily about 3 to 4 rs is being deducting for falls message sending and calling.When i talked to customer care he said that that the deduction was leagal, but actually it was'nt.He didn't help me and cut the phone call without giving any solution.I sent a message to 121 for my last 5 transaction, then the no which was shown in that sms, i make a call in that no but that no does not exist then why my balance was deducted.Plese give me solution

Sir, perhaps some hour ago I have missed your call.Please call me between 7 pm to 10 pm.
Sir, Are you going to resolve my problem or not? I have not received any response yet. If you are not going to take any action, then clear it to me. Still daily 4 to 5 rupees is being deducing from my main account for false calling. When I get that number by SMS to121, then I found that the no which is being provided to me, does not exist, then why balance is deducted. If you are not going to solve my problem, then the last option to me is to threw off this SIM in garbage. There are a lot of SIM are available in the market of other companies which provides better facility than you.
My Docomo no is [protected]. When I got SMS by dialing 121 for last 3 calls. The no which is being provided to me is [protected] and [protected]. Please ensure yourself that this no exists or not.

I disagree that balance has been deducted for Internet browsing since it is written that your call/SMS charge is 1.5 rs.Then how can you say that balance has been deducted for Internet browsing.Now you and your company are providing me wrong information...Please reply it to me to my alternate no which i have provided.
