[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Being harassed to pay excess bill | |||
Dear Sir, I have taken a post paid connection of tata docomo for my mobile [protected], the Account No.[protected]. I normally have a bill of around 500rs, but in the month of october i was surprised to see a bill of 2287Rs . Onlcontacting the customer care the reply was the data usage has exceeded the limit which is impossible as in the month of october i faced several network problems. On my querying with customer care centre they reciprocated with another bill of 3, 395.00.I have asked them to check how this bills are elevating but havent had a response. The main reason i am bringing this to your notice is: 1) The way the customer centres function in tata docomo 2) The way a customer's query is handled and the way they communicate rashly to consumer. 3) Many such customers like me are left with no option but to pay their stupendous bills because we are threatened of services being detained.
