[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Bill is higher as compared to use | |||
Dear s/m, i suffering from last two month because my outgoing call is banned because i did not pay bill for sep & oct2016 due to following reason:- 1) as per communication with tata docomo emp. They agreed that bill is higher & there were to send revise bill of rs.~388 for sep &oct2016. But revise bill is not received that's why i did not pay bill. 2) my outgoing is banned even than again i have received next bill which i did not use and when i complained regarding this bill than they are saying that you will have to pay this bill. Unfortunately our multiple attempts in establishing a contact with you have failed. In this regards, we would like to inform you that an adjustment for the amount of Rs. 200/- has been raised with Request number 1144189 towards September and October month invoice numbers and the same went to account basis approval. Hence we request you to kindly bear with us in the interim. Further, we would like to inform you that your current bill is generated with an amount of Rs. 128/- and the previous balance to be paid post adjustment is Rs. 388/-. We request you to clear Rs. 388/- for line activation. | |||
