Tata DoCoMo Broadband — Bad and Pathetic Service By Tata | |||
Respected sir, I, Abhinay Singh, building no 9/104, Mhada complex, Ekta nagar, Kandivali west, Mumbai, has applied for internet(2mbps) and phone line connection ( broad band) through Tata Docomo broadband agent Manoj Dube( [protected], [protected]). I paid him Rs 1422/- in cash on 08/07/2014 as connection charges and the account no[protected] and CAF number 6712684 is generated on 14/07/2014 and i took leave from office for connection but the engineer did not come to set the connection . Then I contact Mr. Manoj Dube ([protected]) and Rajesh Kumar ( rajeshkumar.[protected]@tatatel.co.in, [protected]) for connection. Now they did not pick up the call and if pick the call then didn't behave well. Then i registered complaint on Tata help line about same issue. They provide me complaint no[protected] and assured me they will solve my problem within 24hrs, so i waited for same. But same thing happened again. No response from Tata. So i again call then but executive told the complaint was closed and we have solve the issue. So again i have to told full problem and they registered my new complaint and provide me new complaint no[protected]. But again no response. Now I proceed regarding this against Tata Docomo and Mr. Manoj Dube ([protected]) and ( rajesh kumar.[protected]@tatatel.co.in, [protected]). Such a pathetic service provided by Tata. Very bad experience i am facing from Tata braodband. Its already more than 15days from booking and 3dayz from complaint but still no response from your side. non sense this is. The experience got worse.

This Feedback is for Service that i am getting from Docomo.
I am using Docomo broadband Service for a month & I am sorry to inform that their Service is extremely poor & inefficient, because it is down most of the time.
From the last 1 month Internet went down 2 days every week that is 1 Week in a Month.
I asked for disconnection of service however your retention team assured that we will provide better service & give us a chance,
I really didn't expect any changes & I was right . From last week the same story continued. Internet is down from 25th July Today is 28th July
Literally their Customer Service & Technical service people have done nothing to fix it.
All they do is to raise a complaint & provide the Ticket Number instead of providing a permanent resolution.
I really didn't expect this kind of service from Docomo when I opted for Docomo since i trust in tata however those people made me realize i should have opted for Reliance or any other ISP.
