[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Worst post sales service | |||||
Hi My experience for past 2 years is very bad i felt really bad that they are providing worst post sales service and really appreciate when they need money they send threatening mail through their lawyers.in fact my experience with tata docomo call center is pathetic and miserable.in two years i paid approx. 25000 inr and according to my plan offer by them 10gb unlimited and after that unlimited normal speed. I haven't used even 50 gb and some times i use only 250 mb. They never check and called me for help Replied from tata photon customer service:- 1. Too many users in your area where you are using this dongle so unable to give speed Question to above point Why don’t tata photon team check before selling any service that [x] amount of product will be sold after that we will stop selling in that area. Is it customer fault that we are trusting tata and taking services 2. Can you please change your current area [indirectly asking to change my house ) 3. As per our company policy is if someone is using one then 30mb in a month we cannot give any waiver or refund Before some 1 take your service your executive calls multiple time with so many commitments when payment needs to be done your team member calls again and again but when it comes to give service none of you team member call why your people are not tracking if these kind of plans are sold your team members should track if client is able to use your service. If he is not able to use why you are not tracking Now finally getting mail from thier lawyers.
