Tata Docomo — cheating and stealing balance | |||
Hello, My number is [protected] . An amount of Rs.50 has been deducted from my account. I complained to CCE and he transferred the call to the supervisor and I couldn't get any help from there. and Now tata docomo people are dropping my call after stealing my money. Help me to get my amount. Please refund my amount as soon as possible. I haven't used any data nor made a call. It would be really helpful of you to return my balance as soon as possible. I have proof that I didn't use any data. When I enquired about my last data usage I got this message. Photo attached. Please check Was this information helpful? | |||

We regret the inconvenience caused to you.
We would like to inform you that the charges of Rs. 40.60/- got deducted as multiple sessions browsed at one given point of time, as each session reserves some balance and you were not having enough balance in your GPRS pool account. Hence, the charges were applied at basic rate @10 p/10 Kb, was correct for multiple sessions browsing.
Details of deduction have been given below:
* Date and time of browsing: 29-Mar-2015, 05:56 hours
* No of session browsed: 2
* Your Usage: 10847 KB.
We would request you to maintain minimum balance of 30 MB in your GPRS pool for using multiple apps, to avoid inconvenience henceforth. Also you would get data alerts when your data balance would be less.
We would request you, to recharge with monthly data packs, and maintain more than 30MB of data before initiating any data session.
Since, you are a valuable customer of Tata Teleservices Ltd, Rs. 40.60/- has been credited to your prepaid account. We would request you to check your account balance by dialing *111#.
