Tata Docomo — Churn out fee on my previous account | |||
I have used Photon from until Aug, 2013 and paid all the bills/charges ontime. Tata Docomo Photon Plus: Phone Number: [protected] I had to move out of country and thus raised a cancellation request as below, which is processed sucessfully and all dues paid. Cancellation request Number:[protected]raised on 16th Aug 2013) Billing Cycle Ends 18th Aug After a month, I was sent another invoice which says I'm due Rs. 1460 Attached is the bill of my previous account#[protected] which is generated after closing of account. Charge in the bill says: ChurnOutFee0-6m Rs 1299 - 31/08/13 + Taxes There is no churnout fee intimated to me at the time of opening account. This is not a fair practice. Please look into this.
