Tata Docomo — Clarification regarding my SIM Block

Hi Team, I would require the clarification regarding my SIM (Eldho Kuriakose -+91- [protected]) being blocked without proper notice and information to me.When I checked with the customer service executive, they informed the i'm using my number for the purpose of telemarketing.I also walked into your office at Jalahalli Cross since they said they cant do any thing am posting my complaints. As i'm not involved in any kind of telemarketing, i would like you to clarify on what basis this has been done. I would also expect your response for any necessary steps to be taken to get back my outgoing facility at the earliest . Expecting your reply and support at the earliest . Thanks, Eldho
