[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Closing Tata docomo Internet Postpaid Connection | |||
Dear Sir, As from last two months communicating tata docomo to close my Tata docomo Internet Postpaid Connection, But from last month they were telling me that they will close my account in 24 hrs and three times their executives told me to close the account (acc. number:[protected] & No. is [protected]. SMS received on 14.07.2015 for closing the account yet not closed. on 07.08.2015 i have called for asking is my account closed and their executive told that it will close in 24hrs, again on 10.08.2015, i have called for asking the the status of closer and told me that it will closed in 24 hrs. Today on 22.08.2015, again i have called for status they given me the bill of 750 instead of 250 plan. their all executives make me fool every time and not closing my account.
