We regret for the inconvenience caused to you.
We tried to speak to you personally on your number to understand your concerns regarding network. However, we are unable to contact you, since the call was not answered. I would like to inform you that speed on wireless network depends on various parameters, such as number o[censored]sers accessing the internet at that particular point of time, geographical area, indoor and outdoor signal coverage, weather conditions, other causes of radio interference, material used for the building, configuration of the building . etc. So is the case with any other wireless network Operator. However, at TATA Docomo we understand the customer experience is of foremost importance.
Notwithstanding the above technical and other extraneous factors affecting the network which are beyond our control, we have been continuously striving to enhance customer experience. In this direction, we are in the process of enhancing the speeds in various localities basis the customer feedback and experience.
However, I regret to inform you that we are unable to provide you the repeater as an alternate solution as same was not feasible at your location and refund of device will not be provided as your connection is activated on 04-JUL-13.
Further, your feedback regarding customer care service would definitely be given to all concerned departments to ensure increased proactiveness and will help us to provide better services.
