[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Complaint against not giving credit balance 5957.o MB of my photon no. [protected] | |||
On 14.10. 2016 night I have tried several times for on line recharged of my photon plus no.[protected] but could not suceed due to server failure. On 15.10.2016 I recharged in day time but previous balance which is already credit to my account not given. I request, pl. reverse my previos balance 5957.o MB in my account at the earlist. Otherwise Ishall stop to use photon plus further. Was this information helpful? | |||
