[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Complaint against not giving credit balance 5957.o MB of my photon no. [protected]

On 14.10. 2016 night I have tried several times for on line recharged of my photon plus no.[protected] but could not suceed due to server failure. On 15.10.2016 I recharged in day time but previous balance which is already credit to my account not given. I request, pl. reverse my previos balance 5957.o MB in my account at the earlist. Otherwise Ishall stop to use photon plus further.

We regret the inconvenience caused to you. We would like to inform you that upon verifying our records, we found that last recharge was done on 15-Oct-2016 07:03 PM with the amount of Rs.255/-. However, the validity for previous balance was expired on 14-Oct-2016. Hence, the balance was not carried forwarded.
