Give the reason for time out of MNP request, as i already submit my documents 2. last night 20.12.2014, I make call to[protected] regarding MNP, your customer executive replied me that, my MNP will completed within 33 minute (from call time 10:52 PM Call duration is 6:17 Minute) But in actual MNP not done... 3. todays morning I recall on same number & ask the reason for giving me wrong / false information on 10:06 AM call duration is 14:34 minute, customer executive cut the line... 4. I tried to call on 10:49 AM, but line was disconnected from your side & inform to write mail to us I can provide you call recording for the same conversation Reason for doing MNP : 1. Internet setting not provided by your side, make no of calls to executive but result is zero 2. charging roaming charge at working place (18KM apart from my home) 3. my balance was detected without any reason & executive replied to make call to me immediately as i ask the reason kindly requested to do help to me & port out with same request OR give guideline to complaint against false information Regards, Pathan [protected]
