[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Complaint not resolved: worst customer care service | |||
Dear whoever it is, My photon was disconnected due to negative address verification as i had to relocate to a new place of residence on an emergency. Had updated the same to the tata customer care service also. Following day a person visited my new place of residence for address verification and verified it. The connection was suspended and i raised a complaint on suspencion of my connection. But the customer care gave me stupid reasons and stated promising words saaying that the complaint has been escalated on high priority. And till date no solution have been provided. And i have been calling the customer care to listed their stupid answers daily. Complaint ref no:[protected] This is the worst customer care service provided. Am a person from top management of customer care dept. Tata photon and its customer care service is very pathetic. Never will recommend a person to go for tata photon connection. Would be taking up this issue legally if the complaint is not resolved. Been a week since i had complained. Frustrated customer Was this information helpful? | |||
Jul 18, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved got a call from 91 40 66570560 stating that my issue has been resolved.
But this is a delayed response from a bigger concern. Tata DoCoMo customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
