Tata Docomo — complaint not solved.. charged an amount twice in bill and havent deducted and not i want to discontinue the service but they say to pay first

this is an email i received after placing the complaint, but i havent received any solution and instead i called the customer care for more than 10times in last 30days had a talk with senior head mr. rahul mr.tejas and many more heads and now i want a solution Hi!
