Tata Docomo — Connection not cancelled - Rude behaviour

Dear Sir/Madam.. This is to bring to your kind attention about the rude and aggressive behavior at the Tata Photon Centre, Koramangala office. I had requested to cancel my connection no [protected] on the 24th February 2014, and I was instructed not to use the device, and I would not be billed anymore, I paid the in full in February. I was shocking to know that, when I called photon again on the 3rd of March 2014, It was recorded that the cancellation request was not taken, It was mentioned that I wanted to keep the connection. On my persistence another request was taken for cancellation; however another bill was generated by then which I am expected to pay again. Please note that I have not used the connection From February 2nd. On my visit to the Photon centre at Koramangala on March 15th 2014, when I looked into the system comments regarding my calls made to the customer service, It was mentioned in the comments that “” I was retained “””...When I demanded an explanation 2 of your employees were extremely rude and aggressive, one of them was a Manager THIS IS ALSO WORTH NOTING THAT I USED TO GET GOOD CONNECTION SPEED WHEN THE CONNECTION WAS PAY PER MINUTE USED AND FROM THE TIME I CHANGED THE BILL PLAN TO UNLIMITED USAGE FOR LIMITED COST . THE CONNECTION SPEED REDUCED DRASTICALLY. Kindly do the needful to protect the interests of consumers Shyam Sunder kasarapu

Dear Customer,

As per our discussion over the call regarding billing, cancellation and behavior in the outlet, we would like to inform you that waiver of Rs. 722.47/- have been provided to your account and currently no outstanding amount pertaining in your account.

Please be informed that your request for cancellation has been registered vide docket number[protected] on 03/03/14 and the same is under process. Kindly note that billing on your number has been stopped on 10/03/14; your number will be permanently disconnected on 15th day from the cancellation request registered.

However, please be informed that as your bill cycle date is 07th of every month, you will receive a bill on pro rate basis post disconnection of your number.

Further, kindly note that your concern regarding behavior in the outlet has been registered vide docket number[protected] and expected resolution by 20-MAR-2014 16:11 hrs.

This is to bring to your notice that I have received a bill again and expecting me to pay Rs 117. I call customer service and the chat support... and they have no information regarding the same..
