Tata Docomo — connectivity and terrible slow speed

[protected] residing at 25b/1 rafi ahmed kidwai road . i am facing connectivity issue and slow speed issue from past few months. on calling your customer care they say they cannot help me resolving it. i have tried to contact you twice or thrice but sorry to inform you still my problem has not yet resolved. customer care say your area is highly consumed so just answer my one question should i change my residence is that that solution ..?? if not then what it is .. how many time should i write a mail to you . this network of yours is pissing me off sir. you are the executive president and i thought you could take necessary and stern steps against solving my problem . what is the reason to write to you if the problem still is not resolved .. please please look into and try setting up network of higher frequency in areas of highly utilized . such a huge company can do this i hope so !!! looking forward for the resolution of both connectivity and slow speed issue. tried contacting MR ELANGO executive president of tatadocomo but he has also unable to resolve it.. so now whom should i contact ..??
