Hi, I am Hemanth, my no:[protected], I requested for postpaid to prepaid at T-Nagar, Chennai, 30 days before.they have raised complaint no:[protected]. I was calling to customer care day-by-day. no response from tata docomo postpaid. recently they have raised an compliant no:[protected].
