Tata Docomo — customer care deducted money without approval | |||
I had recharged an offer of Rs 149 for 3g in my docomo number -[protected] and then called up customer care and enquired if I had to send any message to activate the same.The cust care executive who did not understand what I had asked for and instead activated the same offer from my balance.Now I am unable to reach them.
