[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Customer care person activate wrong recharge plan | |||
Respected sir, I have call on customer care and say him to active plan of rs 97 in tata docomo on my mobile number [protected] but by mistake they active 92 rs. Plan and i lost my money. After end call i again call them but customer care service is busy and then i send the mail on their [protected]@tatadocomo.com and inform same matter within 30 minutes (Approx) otherwise they refuse and say they can't do anything.
