Dear Sir, Sub: Please send from Tata Docomo return my amount Rs.36.67 wrong for Tata Docomo activation charged and Stop for Unnecessarily sms and any other message sent to my mobile no. Ref: PMREF ID NO; 16057807. Pyaar ke panne is not interested that wrongly activation iam not usage. Dear Sir, Iam continusely 3 and 4 days recharge amount Rs.30 and Rs.25 internet packing Rs.89 and Rs.125 and Rs.15 but wrongly their side cutting my balance amount. unnecessery their side irritate. please cutting detailed send my email id inform to Tata Docomo not responsible that side All time i will call to Tata Docomo customercare no:121 but not responsable and call waiting at 20 minuts not receive Tata Docomo receptionist their more tension to me .please solving my problem. As per the discussion over the call. We would like to inform you that as per checking our records we found that the amount of Rs. 2/- on[protected] has been deducted from your main balance is due to the activation of a VAS service (music) on your number.
However, the deducted amount of Rs. 17.95/- has been credited in your account with request number: ABAL[protected] and further note that the VAS service on your number has been deactivated as per your request.
Also be informed to avoid balance deductions on your number for VAS services you need to deactivate the service by dialing the number 155223 from your Tata Docomo number.
