[Resolved]  Tata Docomo — Deduction of balance 400 Rs.

My complaint is Tata docomo is very useful company. Last day means i.e.[protected] on 10.00 PM i was check my balance which is 400 Rs. and data pack is 80MB. My data pack was available on 80MB which validity is[protected] and my main balance is 400 RS. I was use whts up and who is only use whts up there is sufficient to 10 mb to every day and other no service is no activated to my number. Today i.e. 25.12.2014 on morning when i was check my balance which is zero and no message to why deduct my balance.And this is his 3 rd time to deducted my balance. My main balance is 0.00. U can refund my balance nw. I dont like your service very and very bad service. I was very tired to your bad service. My number is [protected]. and company reply is "I am extremely sorry to learn that you are facing a concern of balance depletion on your mobile number [protected] and sincerely regret for the inconvenience caused to you due to this. I would like to inform you that, as per our records you have been charged an amount of Rs.393.10/- (for usage of 130941 KB) on[protected] at 09:04 PM for browsing internet and there was less data balance in your account at the time of browsing. Since, you were using multiple sites at the same time, each site, automatically reserves small amount of data, for better connectivity. Kindly note that, kindly maintain minimum data balance of 30MB while browsing the internet. You would get data alerts when your data balance would be less. However, you have been correctly charged for browsing internet. Hence, the amount cannot be refunded. For last 5 DATA usage sms DATA to 121, For last 3 call details sms CALL to 121 & To know VAS usage for Last 7 days sms VAS to 121. (Toll free)." but As per message for above, when i was check my balance on 24.12.2014 at 10.00 PM that time the data pack was 80MB. and this night i was only use whts up. So I dont agreed your information. i want the whole details which sides was used. and today i.e. 25.12.2014 whole day i tried to contact customer care but no call connected to customer care. Then i was going the Tata Docomo Gallery on Bajirao Road but there is no manually process to check or no complaint form available and this is main corporate office in Pune. There executive have to dial the call for customer care on land line number when i talked to customer care to landline he was told me system is down call back after 4 hour. My number is [protected]. Today my 3MB data is also remaining. the how was the you have deduct my balance. I will port my number also. I dont like to your any service.
