[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Deduction of money from my bank a/c without positive recharge | |
I would like to notify you that I have done an online recharge dated 5/5/14 of sum amount of 23(special) and 20(general) from a recharge website of TATA DOCOMO 'https://www.tatadocomo.com/online-recharge.aspx' from the link provided. The sum amount has deducted from my a/c but the recharge wasn't successful. I would request you to probe deep into the matter and refund my total amount or recharge my phone.
