[Resolved]  Tata Docomo — deduction of my main balance

Yessterday, at 4.32 pM, i use internet for facebook and wats up at tnat time.and That time my internet balance was 91 mb.and for that use of internet 46 rs deducted from my Main balance account.i also complained about this problem to custemer care excutive, But they have not any respoNce, i Am very disAppOiNted, as a regular custemer of tata docomo, i expect you help me, And this proBlems is happening maximum times and our conversation witH CusTemer caRe ExCuTiVe is very bad responce.I am very disappointed due to that, please return my balance as soon as poSsiblE, aNd see That problem not happening with me, otherwise i Dont use docomo for next time.my docomo No -[protected]
