Tata Docomo — Deposit Amount

Hi, This is my second time complaint, Please take it as a high priority. I have disconnected my post paid Tata Dacomo plan 5 months back, But still i'm not able to get my Deposit amount. When i'm calling to customer care they telling your address is not reachable, So my question if my address is not reachable Tata Dacomo executive should call me but no one was call me since last five months.
