Tata Docomo — Device not working properly - very low speed | |||
Consumer Name: N Subrahmanya Varma Number: [protected] Problems: 1) Very Low Speed 2) Device Over heating 3) No connectivity I have purchased TATA photon max on[protected] but to my dismay I have started getting problems from the 1st day itself like no connectivity and very low speeds. Although I registered a complaint with TATA photon company on their customer care number [protected] on 27/06/2015 with Service Req No:[protected], they said the problem is going to get resolved in 2 days but the response was terrible. I have registered a complaint again on 1st July 2015 with service req No:[protected], they said the problem is going to get resolved by 3rd July but it has not been resolved yet.
