[Resolved]  Tata Docomo — E-recharge for the tata photon data card successful but credit has not given

Hello, [ The Issue ] I made my Tata Docomo Phton Max Wifi data card recharge using Tata docomo official android app (http://bit.ly/1ZaRgD5) on date 08-JAN-2016. I made 2 recharges (₹655 each) for my datacard ([protected]). The both of the recharges debited the money from my bank account (Punjab National Bank) but only 2nd recharge was successful. I report this issue to the docomo customer care and they told me that the recharge was successful and credit was given to your docomo account. But they are only talking about the second recharge. I told them that i also made the first recharge but then they are asking me the transaction ID for the first recharge which unfortunately i don't noted down. I send them my bank statements but they are not accepting those. I also ask them to check out for the records in there data base for the transactions made between 02:11 AM and 02:55 AM on date 08-JAN-2016 for the registered data card no [protected], But they didn't do anything. [ First Recharge ] For The First Recharge (₹655) I made using docomo android app, Here is the bank statement about the transaction http://bit.ly/1mL9mza In the above bank statement it is noticeable that the transaction was made on 08-JAN-2016 at 02:11 AM and the amount ₹655 was debited from my bank account. The balance left in my bank account is now ₹5631. And i didn't receive any Recharge Credit into my data card from the tata docomo. And i don't have the Transaction ID about this transaction which tata docomo officials are asking for. I also contacted the Punjab National Bank about telling me the transaction Id but i didn't receive any email from them. [ Second Recharge ] For The Second Recharge(₹655) made again using the docomo android app, here is the bank statement about the transaction http://bit.ly/1mLafHZ In the above bank statement it is clear that the amount ₹655 was debited from my bank account and the balance is now ₹4976 which was ₹5631 before. This transaction was made on same day at time 02:51 AM. This transaction was successful and my datacard was credited with the Internet data. Here is the confirmation message i received from the tata docomo regarding this transaction http://bit.ly/1Jzf9SR It is noticeable from the image above that the recharge which was successful was the second recharge made at 02:51 AM not the first one. [ The response from the Tata Docomo about the issue ] http://bit.ly/1K2SyJa In the above image about the response they told me that my datacard was credited with the data for the recharge amount ₹655. But as i told earlier this was the second Recharge i made not the first one. And also they are asking me the transaction Id which i don't have for the first transaction. [ What i want from the Consumer Forum ] I want help to get my photon datacard ([protected]) gets credited for the first Recharge As well. Thanks you so much for giving me this opportunity.
