Tata Docomo — Elegal Balence Deduction from My TataDocomo Mobile No : [protected] | |||
I recharged with 499 Rs.(2GB 3g Data + 300 Talk time). last week i have seen data balance aprox 600MB data+ aprox 245 Rs Talk time on my mobile on Last 18-19 July 2015, i was surfing sites only(No heavy sites like audio/videos). Suddenly I got flash message that your balance is 00.05 Rs(5 paise) and 5 mb data. I surprised that how's this possible that data balance remains and talk time balance finished? I called to customer care they raised my complain and said that your deducted balance will be reverted in few days. I also talk to senior executive he also confirmed the same. After 1-2 days I got a call from docomo side, she said that if you agreed we can revert 94 Rs. only, amount was deducted due to use of multiple sessions. I rejected that offer. After then i again called to customer care, then they said that now noting can be done for this, now no even single Rs. will be reverted, I told then i will go to consumer forum for this. Then he replied that please do what you can but nothing will be done for now. Was this information helpful? | |||

In this regards, we would like to inform you that a complaint regarding balance depletion concern which was registered vide docket number PBR12328746 has been closed stating that your account have been charged correctly for multiple sessions. However, we have already credited Rs.93/- to your account with the docket number ABAL[protected] on 25-JUL-2015 06:51PM.
