Tata Docomo — Even after payment services are again cancelled after 10 days | |||||
This is in reference to our account number:[protected] which was cdma and got it converted to gsm under account number: 91823265. Our mobile was disconnected without even intimating us on call, stating that there is an outstanding amount of rs. 68 in bill for account number[protected] which was cdma. After a huge discussion on customer service at 121. The bill was paid through tata docomo website through credit card on 17th may. After payment, our number, was reconnected. To our surprise, just after 5 days, we receive a call from docomo, stating that your bill is outstanding. We did not entertain her and asked her to check the records as payment has been already made. So, as on 27th may, here we go again, our number is disconnected for the same reason. We call up customer care on 121, speak to neela rathod, explain the details. To our surprise no regrets our shown, and than we are being told that our number would be activated in next 4 hours. We ask to pass call to her senior, and here, this lady vandana parmar comes on call, stating the same thing that it will take 4 hours to get your phone turned on. Such a disaster from the company, and there no regrets from their staff. The most astonishing fact is that, the payment was made through tata docomo's website using a credit card. Even than it took them 4 hours to reconnect, and after 10 days, they come again and disconnect our services stating that bill payment is not done. Completely mismanaged and ungrateful company.
