Tata Docomo — Excess Bill and No customer support | |||
Sir, My name is Ayush Chaudhary. I am a Tata Docomo Postpaid customer. Tata Docomo has charged extra Rs 230/- on my mobile bill for the month of may. It has been charged extra for internet usage. My no. had internet pack but still they have charged me for internet usage. And now when i am complaining I am not getting any support from tata docomo. I joined this company with lots of expectations but now i think its all in vain. i am not at all happy with the type of service they are providing to the cust so i want to get rid of them but when ever i m trying to port my number i m not getting any kind of help or support from them.
