[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Excess Bill, Charges levied for Data usage | |||
I Am using TATA Docomo GSM Postpaid connection for my number [protected]. i ve benn charged heavily for data usage for the month of november. According to my phone's data meter, the data used is 4.66 GB, and data charger dor is 5600 MB(Aprox 5.4687GB). i ve mailed the query to the cust. care, but i get the unjustified answers. We would like to inform you that your current bill plan is GSM Freedom 499 Plan Monthly Rental. The details of of the data is given below:
2GB Free 2G data Usage PM
2.5GB Free Data Per Month (has already been deactivated on 05-DEC-2014)
We would also like to inform you the charge of Rs. 1338.95/- has been levied against the usage of data (approx 5.5 GB) in your current bill. The charges are mentioned below:
Free Data usage: 4.5 GB
Data used in KB: 5791140
Data used in MB: 5655.4101
Data used in GB: 5.5228
Extra data used in GB: 1.0228
You can also verify the same by referring to the detailed bill charges sheet in your bill."
