Tata Docomo — Excess billing | |||||
My tata Docomo postpay mobile no. [protected]. From aug 2015 I am getting excess/inflated bill. When I tried to explain this to their rep. At 121 I am getting only vague reply. Hence this complaint and it is requested to set right this at the earliest in the interest of natural justice. Was this information helpful? | |||||

In this regards, we request you to write back to us along with your feasible timings between 08:00 AM to 9:00: PM and provide us any other alternative number which will help us to arrange a call back to you to initiate further. Also, we would like to inform you that upon verification of our records we have found that you have been charged correctly as per your usage and there is no discrepancy in your bills. Kindly make a note of the same.
