On previous year from october 2014 to december 2014, tata docomo ne mera mobile postpaid bill double krke mujhse payment liya gya ta. jb maine bill ka e statement check kiya to uske baad maine phone complaint kiya ta but av tk na to mujhe paise refund hue ar na hi koi solution. & mujhe aaj k din extortion bhare call aa rae h docomo ki taraff se.ki mera bill payment ni hua h. mere paas pure bill ka e-statement h. I trusted Docomo as its a TATA joint venture, but i was wrong. I ported 2 no. in TATA Docomo. Initially it was all good. And then cam the other side of the face. The started giving false bill. So i converted my one no. to prepaid. But they started billing my other no. with extra amount. Also i shifted my plan from Rs. 299 to Rs. 199 which didn't happen. They made a total bill amount of Rs. 1400 and i finally decide i wont go with Docomo. But after a month of without service they one day call and told that u pay Rs. 1000 and ur service will start and Rs.400 is what they are giving waiver. So i decided i will pay Rs. 1000 and convert to pre paid. But after making the payment they started saying that u will have to pay Rs. 400 to start the service. I didnt had any option i paid and now i am porting to other network. Docomo is a fraud company be aware of this.
