[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Extremely dissatisfied with service | |||
Dear sir, I, ms sohini dutta have been a customer of tata photon max wi fi duo bearing the number [protected] since march 2015. my experience with this connection in kolkata had been fine however while taking this connection i had repeatedly intimated the sales executive that my job requires frequent travelling and i would had the connection to be robust across and that was reason for me to choose this connection. i am in bangalore since last 2 months for my official assignment and i am suffering tremendously due to absolute service of your photon network. neither in my home nor in my office i am getting any connectivity. I lodged a complaint at the callcenter bearing the number sr[protected] which was forwarded to your techinician mr shivraj who visited my house and tested the connection. he stated that i shall not be getting any 3g connectivity here and also the 2g connectivity which is named as photon whiz is also not available at my locality. i am also attaching the connectivity report which was provided by mr shivraj. he forwarded the request to the network team who have just closed the request without any intimation. this is absolute pathetic service though the product was sold to me with assurance that it will work anywhere in india without any trouble. I am not been able to use your service at all for the last few months for which i have faced tremendous harassment, hardship as well as embarrassment in my professional sphere. it is clear that you have sold me the so called internet service by making false representation, knowing fully well that you will not be able to provide the service promised while procuring the business. I would need you to immediately withdraw your last bill amounting to rs 1149/- as you have not provided any service. for the impeccable harassment, mental anxiety and professional embarrassment i suffered you are liable to compensate me with rs 1, 50, 000/-. Unless you comply with the above, i shall be constrained to approach regulatory authorities with regard to the service fraud your company is committing; and shall also initiate appropriate legal proceeding against your company.
