Tata Docomo — false service promises | |||
My parents were sold a tata photon device for inr 2200, promising good connectivity and service promise. While the device started giving problems, they were told that the device needs some upgrade. They have visited sector 11 service centre in panchkula multiple times in last couple of months. I have personally gone to sector 11 and 20 service centre on 21st feb and was told that i can get the connection disconnected. Both the places there was a female service executive who did not bother to hear my grievance. My father aged 60 called the customer service centre and were given complaint number but of no avail.[protected],[protected]. Was this information helpful? | |||
