Tata Docomo — Fraud in bill amount | |||||
Hi, I was using tata docomo number. I port it idea. In my October month bill they have charged Rs. 125 for internet pack which is for 1GB usage. I have used used less than 1 GB usage then it should be Rs.0 as they already charged rental for it. In bill they have charged Rs. 10 paise/10kb which is incorrect. My bill cycle was 25 Oct 2015 but my number has been ported to idea on 16oct 2015 itself. I already paid extra rs.260 in September 2015 bill so that they should not hold portability of number. Now I received message that my idea service will get interrupted if I do not pay bill This is really fraud. Was this information helpful? | |||||

I received call from tata Docomo executive that due to technical issue wrong bill amount generated and it will get deduction.

Could you please let me know the amount of bill after deduction of wrong charges because still I m getting message about service interruption if 2494 Bill not paid.
I want resolution immediately otherwise will take legal action.

hi received call from customer care Chennai they told give one extra sim([protected])with cug my number([protected]) on September until now sim not received but additional sim that amount added my using another mobile number past three month. i am lot of time inform and complaint to tata docomo customer care until now no response from customer care. now my using sim connection disconnected with inform i lost my customer calls regarding my businesses i want take immediately action otherwise will take legal action
