[Resolved] Tata Docomo — fraudulent deduction from pre-paid account balance | |||
Hello Team, This is to inform you that a fraudulent deduction of Rs. 80 from below each pre-paid account balance on 20th November 2014. 1. Mobile No.:- [protected] 2. Mobile No.:- [protected] I contacted to customer care around 20:00 hours and came to know that these deductions are on account of opening multiple applications when your data balance is less than 20 MB. We have neither received any message nor any intimation from TATA DOCOMO for such conditions. TATA Docomo can't deduct balance from main account without giving any prior intimation to Customer. There should be prior intimation to customer that S/he doesn't have any balance for Internet surfing if s/he will continue surfing her/his main balance will be get deducted. Even you can check both of mobile numbers how much MB of data was consumed from both of mobile numbers as compare to deduction of Rs. 80 from each. We had not surfed even internet only internet connection was active. I had raised the complaint for the same. unfortunately I could not note down the complaint number. When I had tried second time to get my complaint number call was disconnected in between and now I am not able to connect with Customer Care Executive. I humbly request you to please return back Rs. 80 talk time balance to each of above mentioned mobile number ASAP, otherwise I will raise the complaint to Consumer Court and discontinue TATA docomo services.
