[Resolved]  Tata Docomo — Fraudulent Practices on Unlimited Recharge.

I did my Tata Photon(+) Recharge of Rs: 800/- which promise 4GB Data on High Speed and Unlimited Service thereon on lower speed for the rest of the remaining days, as on the 15th September, 2014. But right from the very first day the speed given to me was 0.07 bits which was very very low. I complained about the same, the number being 12141277 and they took 8 days to solve the problem and then after working for next 5 days the problem started again and till now its not been solved.I again made a complain, the number being 12145178 but to no avail, but this time its more horrible as there is no network showing at all. Whenever I called their Customer Service, which itself is a horrifying experience, I get a reply that the technical team will call me up within next four hours, but this hour never comes. I have been into this mess for the last 15 days and no solution has been provided till date. I requested them to transfer my data onto my another Tata Photon+ dongle but they don't want to do that too. They don't want to refund money, neither they won't to help. Thus the morale of the story says "pay the money, and don't expect any service". Very Very Un-Ethical on the part of Tata Docomo team. PLEASE HELP.

The Customer Service Department called me up two days back and asked me to take the dongle to the nearest Tata Docomo Store to get it checked. I went to the Sheshadripuram Store (Bangalore) to get it checked, but the person out there told me that it got to be replaced, but they can't do it and it needs to be taken to the I-care centre.I went to the Richmond Circle Centre and there they asked me to take it to Koramangala Centre. I am just being harrassed and made to run from corner to post in a new city. I would request you all to please deliver the new Dongle at my place and solve the issue once for and all. I am in Bangalore for the next two months and currently I am with no internet connection and a dongle thats not working. Call me up and I will be giving you my Bangalore address where the dongle needs to be send, if you all really care to solve this issue.Really sad and bad on your part that a customer is been subjected to this hell of a treatment, just because he trusted you all.
I was called yesterday by the Tata Photon Plus Team to inform that my Photon Plus is now resorted to its highest speed and the recharge has been confirmed. Now I can start using my dongle. Well my question is :
1) Why it took 1month 08 days for my thing to get sorted, after making a full payment.
2) Why I was told that my dongle is of no use now and it need to be replaced.
3) Why I was jugled from one iCare Center to another with no solution to hand.
4) Why the iCare Center people told me that the dongle need to be replaced.
5) What about my wasted money and time, plus all the harrassment faced.
6) What about my loss of work and the tremondous pain I went thru because of Tata Docomo un-feasiblity to solve the issue.

To sum up all, from now on Tata Dococmo/Photon Plus is a dead entity for me as it is the worst and the most un-ethical lot of service providers who themselves don't know "where the problem lies". Rest in Peace.
