[Resolved] Tata Docomo GSM — Number disconnected | |||
I am docomo prepaid user. mene dec. 2015 me docomo me port karwaya tha. 25 april 2016 tk bilkul thik chal raha tha. but evening me no. block kr dia co. ne. Costomer care walo ne bola documents submit kar do, activate ho jayega. me next day store pe gaya to unhone kaha "net se downloaded" aadhar card ki photocopy nahi chalegi, dusri id laao. Evening me dusri id leke gaya but tab tak co. ne no. disconnect kar dia or keh re hain 3 mhine se pehle nhi niklega no. here is disconnected no. [protected] aise kese no. 24 hrs se phle hi block se disconnct kr dia gaya? or kya TRAI ne koi rules nikala hai k net downloaded aadhar ki copy nhi chlegi.. agar aisa hai to us id pe no. activate hi kyu karte hain? My Tata Docomo SIM card had been lost in transit. I have lodged a complaint with the Police. How should the number be blocked.

25 th april, 11:30 am tak no. block tha (range aa
rahi thi, me docomo centre gya tha docs submit
karne, but unhone aadhar card accept nahi kia )
25th april, 3 pm no. disconnct ho gya.
the question is 20 hrs me hi ek working no.
temporary block se disconnct kese ho hya?
customer ko time to do docs. submit karne ka. or
agar docs. mismatch the to no. activate ki kyu kia
tha?
And as per your records, sunday ko block hua or monday 8 am disconnct ho gaya, jabki 121 dial pe muje bola gaya tha ki 3 din me docs. Submit kr do. No. Unblock ho jyega.
I humbly requst u to help me to get my no. Back becoz its my main no. And widely spreaded.
