[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Harassment due to balance deduction | |||
Hello, I have been using Tata Docomo GSM sim, no [protected]. My balance has been deducted unnecessarily many times, stating that i have done multiple data usage even though i had a valid Internet pack. Every time i lodged a complaint my money was refunded after quarreling with the Executive Heads. It has become a routine with Docomo to harass their customers This time again my bal of Rs173 was deducted on the same basis, even though i have a 3G pack valid till 15/2/15. Same reason was told to me that i have done multiple data browsing, which did not happen in reality as i do not use anything other than Facebook & Whatsapp on my mobile & this time i am not able to talk to customer care executive as it is not connecting. I have registered the complaint and reference number is PBR12301653 through Docomo live chat. i want this to be resolved asap & my balance should be returned.
