Tata Docomo — Horrible Customer Service Response!!

Hi, I took Tata Docomo Wifi max connection in December 2014. I got the minimum speed I was promised in December and January i.e. 1Mbps. Now the speed is not even 512 Kbps. I have raised a complaint for this a month back. After so long some one from Customer Care called me regarding the complaint. When I informed them that I am not even receiving the minimum speed I was promised, the response I got was If I am dissatified with the connection I can raise a request to cancel the connection. I dont want to be informed about what I need to do. I have raised a complaint for your team to look into it and resolve. Not to be instructed on what to do. I can happily go and cancel my connection. But I demand what I am promised Since I have been paying my bill properly. Worst part is my request is closed without even a resolution! This kind of attitude from your customer care is unaccpetable.
