[Resolved] Tata Docomo — I applied for reactivation of my tata photon dongle the service centre guy took rs. 710 but did not reactivate it.

I applied for the reactivation of tata photon dongle. The service centre person at chandanagar hyderabad d. Rajendra charged me rs. 720 but did not reactivate it. He is denying the refund.
I want my money refund and action against this service centre person. He is so rude to customers.
I want strict action against this tata photon service centre.

I hd rcd d msg of 108 Rs data vit validity of 28 days.. After recharging it I got d validity of nly 7days. After spkng to Docomo executive tey took 48hrs for every alternative days calls.Finally my cl was transfered to supervisor he also took another 48hrs but my issue was nt solved. Very worst service always gives d wrong info &cheat d Customers.
