Tata Docomo — I have not Subscribe for this VAS | |||
Today A message showing ModelVideoClub is activated at Rs99.0 for 30days.Bal:Rs301.19 at 23-Nov-14 08:11.To stop, Dial or SMS STOP to 155223(Free) . I have not Subscribe for this VAS.But My Balance was deducted without any information.Please Tata Docomo stop the ModelVideoClub subscription which i never subscribe before & refund my deducted balance money. We regret for the inconvenience caused to you.
We tried to speak to you personally on your number. However, the same was not possible as the number was switched off.
In this regards, we would like to inform you that as per checking our records we found that the amount of Rs. 99/- on[protected] has been deducted from your main balance is due to the activation of a VAS service (Model Video Club) on your number.
However, the deducted amount of Rs. 99/- has been credited in your account with request number: ABAL[protected] and further note that the VAS service on your number has been deactivated as per your request.
Also be informed to avoid balance deductions on your number for VAS services you need to deactivate the service by dialing the number 155223 from your Tata Docomo number.
