[Resolved] Tata Docomo — I paid my bill yet getting letters from the company about my outstanding amount | |
My parents were using Tata docomo in the year 2014 and had an outstanding amount of 1545 on 20th October which I paid myself online on 24th October. Today my parents received an intimation letter which says that we have an outstanding amount of 1616. I have paid the bill myself and have the proof as well. I also talked to the lawyer whose number was mentioned in the letter asking his mail ID so I can submit the proof of the payment and have not received any response from him.
