[Resolved] Tata Docomo — illegal deductions from account balance | |||
Rs.30 was deducted from my mobile no. [protected]. I had activated an internet pack of 75 Mb with a validity for 3 days. Yesterday I had a data balance of 1.75 MB remaining but still I was deducted Rs. 30 from my account for data charges. THe customercare helpline is of no help as nobody responds. This is the 3rd time docomo is doing to me this year. Previously last month I had a balance of 13 MB remaining on my data balance but i was deducted Rs.50 from my main balance, the customercare were not even responding to register a complaint. We would like to inform you that you have been charged of Rs.29.70/- for your GPRS usage of multiple sessions (No.of sessions: 2 and usage is 17357KB) on dated[protected]:19PM as there was less data in your account. Kindly, note that, while browsing multiple sites at the same time, each site, automatically reserves small amount of data, for better connectivity. Hence I request you to maintain minimum data balance of 30 MB, in order to avoid balance depletion in future.
Kindly, note that our systems are built in such a way whereby you would receive data alerts at minimum balance of 20MB and 10MB. Being loyal customer of Tata Docomo an amount of Rs.29.70/- has been credited to your account with the docket number ABAL[protected].
