Tata Docomo — Inappropriate Bill | |||
I am Shivam Singh, my number is +91 [protected] . I have the Billing Issue in my Bill I have got unnecessary Extra Bill of Roaming charges of 420.64 Rs, I have already subscribed for Roaming pack from the day i have issued this SIM card. So I will not pay this charges.Otherwise I will stop your service as I am not satisfied with your service. This issue is already discussed last month with your customer care and i have asked to stop sending me wrong bills, but still in the bill of 03/07/15 to 02/08/15 you have charged 420.64 Rs, please send me another bill or otherwise stop your services. Please Reply me on mail or call me on my number as soon as Possible. I never expected such type of services from Tata Docomo after discussion from last month but still you have charged unnecessary charges of Roaming Usage. As i stay in a clustered area of Maharashtra and Mumbai Circle, I have activated this Pack. Sp please wave off this Roaming Usage Charges of Rupees 420.64 /- Was this information helpful? | |||
