Tata Docomo — Incorrect billing for 3G Dongle | |||
I have received notice for pending bill, I got bill for the period when internet connected was not working and i had logged complaint for the same. While logging complaint, customer care person had assured me once connection will be resolved bill adjustment will be done. But issue didn't resolve so i had closed connection. we would like to inform you that current outstanding amount of your account is Rs.1894. We proposed the amount of Rs.500 as a onetime goodwill gesture. However the adjustment would be posted only after the receipt of Rs.1394.
